Initially, you will be paid 100% commission and we will pay per load. You will get a 10% of the profit amount of the load after we pay the driver. You will be evaluated within your first 30 days of employment.

Example if we make $ 340.00 on the route for the Driver you will make $ 34.00. We want you to manage 20 Drivers a day.

If you do and we have $ 340.00 each route you will make $ 34.00 X 20 Drivers that day. That will be $ 680.00 a day and $ 3,400.00 a week.

Responsibilities:

Truck dispatchers work in a centralized location coordinating and managing the delivery of ground-transported cargo. Days tend to be very busy and the workload constant. Truck dispatchers spend part of their days negotiating the best rates with vendors, the most cost-effective delivery options with customers and the most efficient routes with drivers, all while answering phones when drivers need assistance. They also fulfill an administrative role by filing the appropriate paperwork, monitoring driver progress, processing orders and managing driver concerns.

Working as a truck dispatcher may require long hours. While the majority of time is spent behind a desk answering the phone and entering information into the computer, drivers may call at various hours, day and night, if problems arise. Since many companies only have a few truck driver dispatchers, they expect you to be dependable and have the ability to juggle several duties for more than one driver at any given time.
